Trending Topics in Lynn, plays a pivotal role in the analysis and categorization of conversation summaries, streamlining the process of interaction classification.
By parsing through conversation metadata, Lynn is able to generate topics automatically, ensuring that each conversation is sorted with precision. Through its algorithms, Lynn evaluates and determines whether a conversation aligns with a pre-existing topic, necessitates the establishment of a new category, or falls outside the norm as an outlier.
How Lynn Generates the Trending Topics
This intelligent categorization aids in maintaining a well-organized and efficient system for managing customer interactions.
Operating with a keen eye for detail, Lynn performs a daily analysis at the end of each day in UTC, or upon expiration of cached analytics during your live interactions. It meticulously looks back over the past three days to gather metadata from recent conversations and outliers, integrating this information to generate relevant topics.
In addition to recognizing new trends, Lynn also incorporates these conversations into existing topic categories, provided they align with subjects identified within the last 30 days.
Note: Lynn is unable to generate topics in two scenarios:
If the daily conversations are less than 10.
If the sum of conversations for a certain day and its subsequent days, which are included in the already selected three days, is also less than 10.
